Karina Romanova

Position

Karina holds a Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University and has completed the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in Sydney.
Amongst other achievements, Karina graduated with High Distinction in Property Practice and Distinction in Banking and Finance, Civil Litigation and Commercial and Corporate Practice. She will be admitted to practice at the Supreme Court of NSW in July 2022.
Prior to joining Vanguard Insolvency Australia, Karina worked as a paralegal in a full-service law firm, which served as a vantage point from which she gained valuable experience dealing with corporate and commercial matters.
Karina has a passion for insolvency, restructuring and bankruptcy law, and with over a decade of senior management experience, she can maintain a ‘human-centred’ approach to her work. She strives to meet the clients’ needs through fostering enduring relationships, hard work and tenacity, and continuous learning so that she is poised to best serve the clients’ interests.
Outside of insolvency, Karina is an avid reader and loves her hour a day at the gym. Karina also speaks fluent Russian and is proud to serve a diverse range of clients.
